Perspective Shift
My last post carried a heavy mood. I felt lost, and in some ways I still do.
Today, though, the needle swung the other way. I visited my former company in Switzerland. They asked me to talk about our sailing trip to Svalbard.
I put together a few photos: ice, glaciers, polar bears, walruses, fjords, life on board.
While presenting, watching my colleagues react, I saw the pictures again. I was back on Capsula.
It didn’t answer any questions about my future. But it reminded me that this life, moving slowly by boat, was not an accident.
Next, we head north again, following the Viking route toward Greenland. If it still counts as Europe by the time we arrive.
PS: Here’s a short video that sums up our trip to Svalbard.
